Jessica Pearlman is a partner in the corporate group of K&L Gates LLP and is based out of the Seattle office. Jessica represents emerging and established companies in various corporate, securities, and finance matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions for both public and private clients, domestic and international. She is Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's M&A Committee, is a former Chair of the M&A Committee's Market Trends Subcommittee, and has served as Chair since 2010 of its flagship Private Target Deal Points Study.

Tatjana Paterno is a partner at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, where she counsels private equity funds and their portfolio companies, strategic acquirers and multinational publicly traded corporations in the structuring, negotiation and consummation of acquisition transactions. Tatjana is a Chair of the 2021 and 2019 Private Target Deal Points Studies published by the American Bar Association's M&A Committee. She is a frequent speaker on M&A topics and has been quoted and published on M&A matters in national media, such as DirectorCorps, ValueWalk and Mergermarket/Toppan Merrill.
